Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Entrants must be resident in USA and over 18 at time of entry.
  2. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  3. One or more prizes will be given away on the last day of each month to a contestant who entered the sweepstakes during that month.  Each month is a new and separate sweepstakes with new contestants and new prizes.   The number of prizes and the type and identity of prizes will be determined in the sole discretion of Replay Games.
  4. Once the prizes for a given month have been given away, all entries received during that month are thereafter void and of no further force or effect.  To be eligible for the next month’s sweepstakes, a new entry must be submitted during such month.
  5. Each prize will consist of a game as selected and determined by Replay Games.  No alternative cash prizes will be awarded.
  6. To enter the Replay Games Sweepstakes competition for a given month, you must retweet the Replay Games competition tweet for such month, during such month, on http://www.twitter.com. If the correct competition tweet/number has not been used, the entry will not be accepted or considered.
  7. Only one entry per person per day will be counted as a valid entry. Replay Games accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or problem.
  8. The closing date and time for accepting entries for any sweepstakes is 6pm CST on the date of the drawing for each applicable month.
  9. Each prize drawing will have winners selected at random from all valid entries at 6pm CST on the last day of the month for such drawing.  There may be multiple winners, one for each game in the prize draw. Each winner will be notified by Twitter message.  The decisions of Replay games will be final on all matters related to these sweepstakes.   The same person cannot win twice during a given month’s competition, even if they enter more than once.
  10. Winners will receive the stated game.  Only one prize per person.  Winners must claim prizes within _______days after the prize drawing or else such prize will be forfeited. Details on how to claim prizes won will be provided with winner’s notification.
  11. In the event a winner fails to claim a prize within the time limit or is otherwise disqualified from the draw, that prize will be withdrawn and the entry will be void.
  12. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Replay Games and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Replay Games as a result thereof.
  13. Winners may be required to take part in post-event publicity, and by submitting any entry, each winner agrees that such winner’s name and images may be used for publicity by Replay Games.
  14. All entries become the property of Replay Games. By submitting an entry entrants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
  15. All decisions of Replay Games are final, and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the drawing other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
  16. The name and state of the winners will be available for at least 30 days and can be obtained by sending a request and return self-addressed stamped envelope to the Social Marketing Dept at the following address: Replay Games, Inc., 7800 Shoal Creek Blvd, Suite 210 West, Austin, TX 78757.
  17. REPLAY GAMES:   Replay Games is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act 1998. No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants.
